Shipping policy

Where We Ship

REPOSE ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.


Delivery Time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Estimated timeline from order to delivery: 4-8 business days.


Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods - including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the holiday season (mid-November through late December), and major sale events - processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early during these periods to avoid delays.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, contact us at info@reposeskincare.com


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping thresholds and promotions, if active, will be displayed on the store and applied automatically at checkout.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

REPOSE is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your address before completing your order.
