60-Day Trial - No Second Guessing
We stand behind every REPOSE device. If it doesn't belong in your routine, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund - no explanation needed.
What We Accept
We accept returns on all REPOSE devices within 60 days of the delivery date, including opened and used products. The device must be in returnable condition - meaning free from physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper care. Normal signs of use are completely fine.
We do not accept returns on devices that have been physically broken, cracked, or damaged through mishandling.
If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Defective
If your device arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@reposeskincare.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@reposeskincare.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the device back using a trackable shipping method of your choice
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked service. REPOSE is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Devices damaged through misuse, drops, or physical mishandling
- Items returned after the 60-day window
- Items returned without prior email authorization
Warranty
Every REPOSE device comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working under normal use within one year of purchase, contact us and we will replace it.
The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
