FAQ
- Our Devices
1. Are REPOSE devices FDA cleared or medical devices?
No. REPOSE devices are beauty and self-care tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. We do not make medical or clinical claims about our products.
2. Do I need special gels, refills, or attachments?
No. Every REPOSE device is designed to work with whatever serum, oil, or moisturizer you already use. There are no proprietary gels, refills, or replacement parts required — ever.
3. Can I use more than one device in the same session?
Yes. REPOSE devices are designed to work together. The included ritual guide walks you through the full sequence — cleanse, roll, sculpt or contour, then eyes. Short, layered sessions are the intention, not the exception.
4. Are the devices suitable for all skin types?
Yes. REPOSE devices are suitable for most skin types when used as directed. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, or are taking any medication that causes photosensitivity, we recommend checking with your doctor before use.
5. I've recently had Botox or filler. Can I still use the devices?
We recommend waiting at least two weeks after any injectable treatment before using any REPOSE device. When in doubt, check with your provider first.
- The Halo
1. How does The Halo work?
The Halo delivers red light therapy to the under-eye area through a hands-free, glasses-shaped frame. It rests below the eyes — not over them — targeting the under-eye area specifically. It auto-offs after 10 minutes, with three intensity levels to adjust based on preference and sensitivity.
2. Can I wear The Halo with contact lenses in?
Yes. The Halo rests below the eye — targeting the under-eye area, not the eye itself — so wearing contact lenses is not an issue.
3. How long is a Halo session?
10 minutes. The device auto-offs at that point — no timers, no guessing. Use it while you get ready, make coffee, or take a quiet moment before the day starts.
4. How do I clean The Halo?
Wipe the frame gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge in water or use abrasive cleaning agents.
- The Contour Wand
1. How do I use The Contour Wand?
Apply your serum or facial oil first, then glide the Wand slowly along the jawline, lower face, and neck. The device is designed to move with your skincare — not on dry skin. A typical session is 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Do I need a specific serum or oil to use it?
No. The Contour Wand works with whatever you already use — serum, facial oil, or moisturizer. No proprietary products required.
3. What are the three LED modes for?
The Wand features red (630nm), green (530nm), and blue (450nm) light, alongside warmth and gentle vibration. Red supports a more refreshed-looking complexion. Green targets uneven tone. Blue is suited to areas prone to blemishes. All three can be used within a single session based on what your skin needs that day.
- The Sculpt Wand
1. How is The Sculpt Wand different from a manual gua sha?
A manual gua sha relies entirely on the pressure and technique you apply. The Sculpt Wand adds three active technologies in the same glide — warming heat to support skincare absorption, high-frequency vibration, and red light therapy — with a gua sha-contoured edge. Same ritual feel. More working underneath.
2. How do I use The Sculpt Wand?
Apply your serum or facial oil, select your heat level (three options), and glide slowly along the lower face, jawline, and neck. The warming edge is designed to move with your skincare — not on dry skin. 5 to 10 minutes is a full session.
- Using with Skincare
1. Can I use the devices with retinol or exfoliating acids?
Yes. REPOSE devices can be used alongside retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and other active skincare ingredients. If your skin feels sensitive after using actives, start on a lower intensity setting and adjust from there.
2. Who should avoid using these devices?
REPOSE devices are not recommended if you are pregnant, have active photosensitivity, or are currently taking medication that causes photosensitivity. If you have an active diagnosed skin condition, recent surgical wounds, or any concerns about light-based tools, check with your doctor before use. These are beauty tools, not medical treatments.
3. Can I use the devices on skin with active breakouts?
You can use REPOSE devices on skin with minor blemishes. Avoid using directly over open wounds, significant breakouts, or any area of broken or actively irritated skin.
- Results & Routine
1. How often should I use the devices?
Daily use is ideal. Most sessions run 5 to 10 minutes. Consistent, short sessions outperform occasional longer ones. That's what maintenance actually looks like.
2. Morning or evening — which is better?
Either. The Halo works well in the morning before calls or long days. The Contour Wand and Sculpt Wand lend themselves to evenings as a wind-down reset. Build them into whichever moment you're most likely to actually keep.
3. When will I notice a difference?
A visible difference in how your skin looks develops over weeks of consistent daily use — not after individual sessions. These are tools for cumulative maintenance, not instant correction.
4. What if I miss a few days?
Missing occasional days doesn't erase progress. Inconsistency does. If you fall off the routine, just pick it back up.
